The faculty and staff have been nothing short of amazing. I have been so inspired by my professors in the BrainSMART Program and will never forget them.It was a great experience. I feel that I can make the difference in my students with the strategies I learned from the BrainSMART program.I enjoyed the learning and connecting through the different classes. Helping my students to improve their grades and learning ablility made the hard work worth while.BrainSMART is a wonderful program that integrates the future of education. It is going to help so many students become better educators. In order to be an effective and successful educator you must learn what is at the base of BrainSMART. I have gone through so many eye-opening experiences.The 60 Strategies for Boosting Test Scores will be a helpful asset when designing my lessons. I will also make sure that I am in a healthy, optimistic state for my students. I now know that I need to focus on changing the lesson to meet the needs of the learner rather than trying to change the learner.I don't know how I taught before without the knowledge I have gained. I consistently use strategies for practical optimism, boosting my memory, and being healthy.The BrainSMART program provided me with real strategies and examples of activities that I could easily adapt to my classroom.It has made me more determined than ever to provide my students with the best education I can give them. I would also like to spread the word about this program! I would love to teach it or just shout it from the rooftops, especially when it comes to low income students. This is the program that can close that achievement gap!I gained a true understanding how students learn and the importance of developing great strategies.I am more aware of the differences students come to school with, and I am better equipped to meet these differences and to help my colleagues to do so also.The program is very teacher friendly. The ideas that are presented are some of the most innovative ideas that help you achieve optimum student success.I believe that this is one of the best programs out there for teachers. It is useful for any subject and grade. If more school systems were directly accessing these materials for their schools, I am sure we'd have more effective and happier schools.Strategies were research based and led to almost immediate student success.BrainSMART books were very well written and concise while interesting and engaging.
